Making Sherbet

Using the following recipe you need to make sherbet.

Sherbet recipe

Recipe: 

1tsp of powdered drink crystals (eg refresh)
1/4 tsp citric acid
1/4 tsp tartaric acid
1/4 tsp -baking soda.
Put all ingredients into a zip lock bag, stir, and enjoy.

Materials:

1.  Spoon

2.  Cup/zip lock bag

3.  Raro

4.  Tactic acid

5.  Icing sugar

6.  Citric acid 

7.  Baking soda

Findings:

Sherbet
Taste	It fizzed so much in my mouth and the after taste was really poofy. You could really taste the raspberry Raro.
Colour	A bright cherry pink and it turned my mouth dark Pink

Conclusion

I really enjoyed making my Sherbet. I really want to do it again.
