What i've been doing to keep fit
During lock down I have been trying to keep fit and do some exercises. I've been doing lots of dancing because I love to dance, I've also been doing Les Mills Born to Move that's on Tv channel 2 at 3pm every weekday. My brother has also been making me do 10 laps of the house and my mum gave my a quick workout to do. It was something like 10 laps of the backyard, 10 push ups, 10 sit ups and 10 star jumps. It was just something to do so I could keep up my fitness.

This is great Hope. You have been busy. What do you like best about Born to Move?
ReplyDeleteThanks Mr Hilliard.
DeleteI like the dance and yoga best of Born to Move because it is some of my favourite things to do in my spare time. :)
Kia ora Hope,
ReplyDeleteGood on you! It's important to keep fit! I've been trying the Les Mills exercises in the morning - but it's hard! I'll get there :-)
Keep up the dancing!
Hi Miss Allan.
ReplyDeleteGood at least your trying to do the Les Mills its actually really fun. I will definitely keep up the dancing. :D
Kia Ora Hope- sounds like you are keeping busy, have you thought of watching some dance videos too; there are some amazing NZ Dancers like Paris G and Royal Family/ Nz Ballet/ Black Grace -https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4weY9Lq7t_s. We also have strong groups like Irish dancing.
ReplyDeleteHi Mrs Clark, thanks for the suggestion but I actually have been watching the Royal family and there competitions in NZ. I will have a look at the other dancers you suggested. Thanks. :D
