Athletics - High Jump

Athletics: High jump
Fosbury Flop.

1. Land with your arms and feet facing up, also land on your back.
2. When you take off it should be on 1 foot.
3. When you leave the ground you must spin around and use your knee to turn.

    Great job on putting information in about how to do the Fosbury Flop for high jump. But you could have wrote a blurb about how your process come about with trying this new technique out. So how did the Fosbury Flop technique work out for you?
